Data Collection from suppliers

With Qarma’s Product Compliance solution for EUDR, suppliers can disclose the required master data on products, material and production directly in the system.

  • Commodity
  • Species
  • Volume
  • Geolocation information on place of harvest
  • DDS reference and verification number

Risk Assessment Process

Analyzing the submitted data, our solution assigns a risk level to the included materials and their supply chain. The risk level is generated with inputs from external sources such as the EU country benchmarking system and other risk assessment tool. Both deforestation and legality risks are considered.

Deforestation risks are analyzed using satellite imagery, where our partners automatically process the geolocation data to assess deforestation.

Risk Mitigation Measures

Based on the assigned risk level, the solution requests documentation directly from you supply chain partners for risk mitigation measures. This is an integrated and automated process, so once country of harvest is known, the system will generate a list of required documents for the supplier to provide. If FSC or PEFC certifications are in place, the system will automatically reduce the list of required documents.

Automatic generation and submission of DDS

After completed risk mitigation and data collection, the information will be automatically submitted to EUs information system and the reference number and verification code is automatically retrieved and stored.

Data integrations

Product and PO data can be transferred to Qarma through our flexible API, which allows both direct integrations with ERP and PLM systems as well as manual upload of e.g. Excel files.

Once due diligence statements have been submitted, the reference numbers and verification codes can be automatically forwarded into ERP or other systems, or provided in automated data exports in Excel for forwarding to customers.

Dashboard for easy overview

An integrated dashboard will quickly give you an idea of progress, gaps and outstanding measures so you know where to focus your efforts and don’t miss any deadlines.
