Reach EUDR compliance with Qarma’s EUDR tool. Collect data, assess & mitigate risk in one touch point and let the system generate and submit your Due Diligence Satement to the EU information system TRACES.
Geo-location data and document packages that match risk profiles can be collected from suppliers and validated by your in-house team.
Collect data in one go to both analyze and mitigate legality and deforestation risks. Leverage cutting-edge technologies like satellite imagery and geo-data validation to identify and address risks effectively.
Automate the preparation and submission of Due Diligence Statements to the EU information system, ensuring seamless compliance with the deforestation regulation.
Suppliers will automatically be notified and requested to fill in supply chain and product data as well as documents.
Imagine this workflow: A product enters Qarma. If product information tells us that the product is in scope for EUDR, we will request information from the supplier. If an existing Due Diligence Statement is in place, the reference number will be pulled from the system.
If it’s a new product, suppliers submit the data required for the Due Diligence Statement, from which the system generates a risk assessment. Based on the discovered risks, risk mitigation is set into place, and collection of additional data and documentation from the supply chain is activated.
When all risks are mitigated, and documentation is validated and approved, the information is submitted to the EU information system TRACES, where a Due Diligence Statement is generated.
