At Qarma, we are ISO 27001 certified, meaning we meet the rigorous international standard for information security. Our certification reflects a commitment to safeguarding your information.

Why? ISO 27001 is the internationally recognized standard for information security management. This certification means we have implemented rigorous systems to identify, manage and reduce risks to your data.

Data storage & protections

Data is protected through several layers of security, and Qarma follows recognized best practice processes for access control, deployments as well as back-up and restore.

All Qarma data is encrypted in transfer and at rest using state of the art encryption protocols. All data is stored in AWS datacenter in Stockholm.

Regular security audits

Even though we believe in our processes around information security, an independent security consultancy company carries out a penetration test of Qarma's products and infrastructure. This happens every year to make sure our customers can trust that we keep their information safe.

Why? Independent testers are highly specialized in cyber security and will sometimes have new perspectives on possible attack vectors. This is considered best practice for high-security products and services.

What does it mean for you? You don't just have to trust our words and the yearly certification by Intertek. By having independent penetration tests, you can have even more confidence in Qarma.

Personal data protection (GDPR)

All customer contracts included a data processor agreement which describes how personal data is treated by Qarma. This lives up to personal data protection regulations like GDPR etc.

China access

Service providers in EU or USA often experience slow or broken connections in Mainland China. Qarma has specialized in delivering its service in China for many years, and through a partnership with a leading network infrastructure providers specialized in accessing data from Mainland China, we ensure full support for our Chinese user base.

Furthermore, the Qarma mobile app is available in all major mobile app stores in China (as well as Google Play and Apple AppStore in rest of the world), providing seamless user experience for mobile app users.
